Blue core cardstock can be described as a special paper for poker. It has a blue core layer in the middle and is able to achieve a standard opacity, thus providing an anti-cheating effect. In addition, it has a smooth surface, good gloss and stiffness, and better print adaptability.
Blue core is one of our most common and affordable card stocks, commonly used for normal playing cards, game cards, wedding cards, promotional cards and other projects.
Depending on the thickness, we offer two options of 280gsm and 300gsm.
Black core cardstock has become the representative raw material for high-end cards because of its extremely high opacity and consistent quality. We use smooth black core paper imported from Germany, which has uniform thickness, high strength and good water resistance.
Its surface is very clean and white, which can maximize the glossiness and visibility of the color, even when printed with ordinary ink, it can also make very great printing effect.
Black core paper is commonly used for high-end playing cards and game card projects. Depending on the thickness, we offer 300gsm, 310gsm and 330gsm smooth black core options.
Linen is an alternative surface to black core paper. Its fine grain is pressed on the card surface to reduce resistance and form an air layer, making the cards smooth and textured to handle. Besides, its high density makes the produced cards more flexible and not easy to break.
The patterns printed with linen black core are not as colorful as smooth black core, but they are more delicate and present an elegant texture and taste.
Linen black core cardstock is often used for projects such as casino cards, magic cards and Cardistry cards. Depending on the quality, we offer the option of Japanese, Italian and German imported black core (quality improves from left to right).
Art paper, also known as coated 2 sides paper, has excellent uniformity, whiteness, folding resistance and stiffness. Its low ink consumption and high printing saturation produce very beautiful printing effects. What’s more, its excellent surface strength makes it ideal for high-speed printing.
Art paper is very versatile and is commonly used for projects such as tarot cards, oracle cards, and game cards. However, because it does not contain a color core layer, it is less confidential and less suitable for casino projects.
Depending on thickness, we offer smooth art paper options in 128gsm, 250gsm, 300gsm and 350gsm.
White paper consists of three layers: the surface and bottom layer is white, which are even, delicate coating, smooth and flat; the middle layer is the filler layer, with a hard texture, high stiffness and folding resistance. Its price is low, mostly used for common learning cards, tuck boxes, booklet covers, etc.
Depending on the thickness, we offer three kinds of smooth white card options: 250gsm, 300gsm and 350gsm.
Matte white PVC is a highly opaque plastic sheet with a matte finish on both sides. We use premium and environmentally friendly raw materials that are soft and tough, as well as resistant to abrasion and corrosion. It has excellent printability and is easy to post-press. However, it should be noted that PVC cannot be lamination treated.
White PVC is often used for drinking, pools, parties, bars, etc. We currently offer a option of 0.3mm matte white PVC. For more, please contact us.
White Cardboard is a composite material with white and smooth art paper surfaces and a tight and stiff gray cardboard middle. The combination of the two makes it thick, tough and resistant to deformation, while providing complete, full and clear printing quality and color effects.
White cardboard is commonly used in the production of rigid boxes, including lid & bottom boxes, flip boxes, book boxes, etc. Our standard specification is 157g art paper (both sides) + 2mm greyboard (middle).
Book paper is designed for text printing. It has more fibers and is lighter in weight, which allows for maximum savings in shipping costs. It has a very natural color of off-white or dull white, which makes it easier to read.
When you touch it with your hand, you will feel the light and delicate surface of the paper. Because there is no coating on the surface, it is more absorbent of ink and does not pollute the environment.
Book paper is often used for the black & white inner pages of booklets. We currently offer 80gsm option. If you need more, please contact us.
Matte paper is a kind of coated paper which is a little darker than art paper. The patterns printed on it are not as colorful as art paper, but they are more delicate and high-grade, and maintain light weight as well.
Matte paper is often used for the color interior of booklets. We support the 105g option at present, please contact us for more information.
